Shipping Policy: 

All goods will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase. Actual dispatch times may be significantly quicker, 95% within 24 hours. However, in cases where an item is temporarily out of stock it may take 48 to 72 hours. Parcels sent with Royal Mail are not classed as lost until 3 weeks after sending date, Customers whose parcels that have not arrived in this period should notify SJ-Spares via contact us page, any refund or replacement will not be accepted until after this period.

If a shipping option is not listed please contact SJ-Spares via contact us page. All Buyers are requested to provide a contact telephone number, that we can pass on to the delivery company/Agent to assist with delivery Customers outside the UK are liable for all import duties & local taxes & any extra charges applied to their order after leaving the United Kingdom 

For the UK Highlands and Islands there may be a surcharge depending on the order size and exact location, please contact me for an exact delivery price.
